Our Story
Dr Henry Mulla opened First Choice Dental in Narellan in 2005 with a simple vision: create a dental practice where patients actually feel comfortable. Too many people avoid the dentist because of past bad experiences, fear, or feeling judged. Dr Henry wanted to change that.
From day one, the practice has been built around patient comfort, honest communication, and clinical excellence. Whether you need a routine check-up or a complex full-mouth rehabilitation, our team takes the time to listen, explain your options, and make sure you feel at ease every step of the way.
Today, First Choice Dental is proud to be one of Narellan's most trusted dental practices, serving families from across the Macarthur region including Camden, Mount Annan, Harrington Park, and Oran Park.

With over 25 years of clinical experience, Dr Henry is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. He combines advanced training with a genuinely gentle, patient-first approach that puts even the most anxious patients at ease.
Dr Henry holds a Master of Science in Oral Implantology and is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). He is a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA) and the Australian Society of Implant Dentistry (ASID).

Certified Sedationist
Dr Melissa is a certified sedationist who specialises in helping anxious patients feel completely at ease during dental treatment. For patients who experience dental phobia or need more extensive procedures, Dr Melissa provides safe, gentle sedation options so you can receive the care you need without the stress.
Her calm, reassuring manner and expertise in sedation techniques mean that even our most nervous patients leave saying the experience was nothing like they expected. Many of our sedation patients now attend their regular appointments with confidence.
